A photo before it leaves
Every order: we send a photo of your finished bouquet by chat or email before it goes out.
Fresh stems every morning
No week-old stock. With the care card, most bouquets last around 5–7 days.
We ask before we swap
If a stem isn't available that day, we tell you and suggest a close match in the same palette first.

Message us any time we're open — every reply comes from the studio, not a bot.
Good to know
What if nobody's home?
Our rider calls the recipient first; if unreachable we leave it with reception or someone trusted and send you a photo.
What happens if a flower is out of stock?
We always tell you before arranging and suggest a close match in the same tones, of equal or higher value.
Can I cancel or change the date?

How do I pay?

Can I get a tax invoice?
